Enrollment Fee: $1,750,000
 
Pay-out to American Teams:  $125,000 per home game televised.  Additional bonus of $30,000 for each televised game won.  $175,000 for each home playoff game televised.  $300,000 for each Stanley Cup Finals game (home or away) televised.
